CT Fletcher has a message for you.
Got a message for you today.
Not from me. From CT Fletcher.
If you don't know who that is — the man has flatlined five times, had his chest cracked open more times than he can count, and had his actual heart taken out and replaced with another one.
After all that? He's still in the gym. Still lifting. Still refusing to quit.
Here's what he wants you to hear:

"They got you written off.
Just like they got me written off. People assuming you're done. That you can't do what you used to do. That your best years are behind you.
And you're coming up with excuses: 'I'm getting older now. I don't feel like it. I'm an old man. I can't do the things I used to do.'
You know what I say about all those excuses?
F*** YOUR EXCUSES.
You got people counting on you. Your wife. Your kids. Your family. They're all counting on you.
So no way you're giving up. No way you're letting some number on a calendar decide what you're capable of.
They said it was impossible for the Wright Brothers to fly. They said it was impossible to run a four-minute mile. You know what those guys did?
They said 'F*** that' — and then they did it anyway.
That's exactly what I want you to do.
Refuse what these people tell you that you can't do. Because you CAN.
Now get your ass up and do something."
— CT Fletcher
That's the message.
Your set isn't over. Not even close.
The only question is what you're going to do about it.

CT didn't quit after five flatlines. He didn't quit after open-heart surgery. He didn't quit after a heart transplant.
What's your excuse?

P.S. — "It's only impossible until some crazy motherf***er like you and me comes along and does it." Your move.
