How to Dose

Simple. Once a day. Every day.

The standard dose for most Vintage Muscle products is 1ml — two full droppers — once per day. Take it in the morning at the same time every day. If the taste is an issue, mix it into a shot of orange juice.

Skipping PCT on Suppressive Products

If your product is suppressive, PCT is the difference between keeping your gains and losing them. Have it in hand before your on-cycle starts. Non-suppressive products do not require it — check your label.

Inconsistent Dosing

Missing days drops your blood level toward baseline. Same time every day. No exceptions. Doubling up the next day does not fix a missed dose.

Not Eating Enough Protein

These compounds amplify your body's ability to build. Without protein, there is nothing to build with. 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, minimum. Non-negotiable.

Not Drinking Enough Water

Your liver and kidneys process these compounds. At least 1 gallon of water per day while on cycle. Dehydration reduces performance and amplifies certain side effects.

How long until I see results?
Most men notice internal changes in weeks 1 to 2 — better recovery, improved sleep, more drive. Visible physical changes appear in weeks 3 to 4. If nothing by week 3, check your protein intake and training volume before assuming the product is not working.
Can I take more than 2ml to speed up results?
No. The 2ml dose is the protocol, not a minimum. Higher doses do not produce proportionally better results. They produce more strain on your liver and hormonal system. The formula was optimized at this dose.
Do I need PCT after my cycle?
Only if your product is suppressive. Can I run two products at the same time?

What if I miss a day?
Take your dose as soon as you remember, unless it is within 4 hours of your next scheduled dose — in which case skip it and resume normally. Never double up. One missed day does not ruin a cycle. A pattern of missed days will.
Can I drink alcohol during a cycle?
Minimize it. Both prohormone compounds and alcohol are processed by the liver. An occasional drink is unlikely to cause issues for a healthy man. Daily drinking during a cycle reduces results and increases strain.
Is this safe for men over 50?
Many of our strongest customers are men in their 50s and 60s. Start with a 4-week cycle before going longer. Men with pre-existing liver, cardiovascular, or hormonal conditions should consult a physician first.
Will this show on a drug test?
Vintage Muscle products are legal and contain no controlled substances under federal law. However, many sports organizations test for prohormone metabolites separately. If you compete in a tested sport, check your governing body's banned substance list before use.
