I started the Alpha Stack about 1 week ago. The most noticeable difference I am feeling is my workouts are more productive, its not a total struggle physically to get through them anymore, I have more energy and gaining more strength in moderate amounts. The drops seem to be what is driving my workouts with less time between sets as well as being able to do more volume and my "light" days which equate to 8 working sets per exercise, 4 exercises minimum per bodypart as opposed to my heavy days when I will try an increase in weight for less sets and reps, but still very short rest periods. As for the capsules, I do notice I sleep a bit better probably due to the Ashwaganda, and my Magnesium supplement. I do wake with very rigid erections more than previously. I will give the Alpha Stack its complete 30 days and see where I stand from there. I write down all sets, reps, weight per exercise so I can have a record of progress and see where I need to focus on more. I have not lost any weight as of yet, I have cut my calories, and while I am getting stronger, I do not see any noticeable increase in muscle mass.

I mean it's only like my 3rd week on it, or close to it. But right away I felt different when I took the drop. Tasted like cheap liquor that you would get in the barrio in Mexico. I'm guessing it was the anabolic effect! I'm no stranger to supplements, I've been on GNC since I was 12 years old with the mega man multivitamins. When I hit the gym, oh yeah it felt like I was on it!! Lifting very aggressive with minimal rest periods! Recovery time was over the roof! I mean I recall doing 2 sets of dumbbell rows @ 50lbs back to back no rest!! The methyl, I like! Just think of night time gains! Eat a meal with it before bed, you'll thank me later! The epi first time craved me for food! But my throat swelled up and my mouth was very dry, but only first time/one time. I guess the epi is a food alcohol, the methyl I guess is like pro hormones. But vintage muscle the only legal ones in the market with rare to no side effects, and I like that!! Thinking of doing 2 more cycles of Alpha test stack, than hit the win test next for hardening. I'm really with the supplemental bio medical world, and vintage muscle got it going on!! Another thing, I don't do decline press, but my lower PECS are really getting more swole and dense. I do dips and flat bench flies in a way to get all chest. But yea when I felt that I was like woah, it's filling up my soft spots.

As someone who has done real gear I'm actually pretty happy with this. I'm half way through this small cycle and I've cut belly fat, feel dryer and tighter, and more vascular. With the proper training and diet I think this product will help bring you to a new level without serious adverse side effects.

Alpha Test stack its an Amazing product! Hella pump at the gym and Hella activity at night if you know what I mean lol. In those pictures I weight about the same just 2 pound difference you could see I gain more muscle mass and lost body fat i look more lean. I will recommend this product to anyone trying to improve themselves. You need to put in work to see it though. Study up with your dieting and get your lazy A up and hit the gym this product will have you feeling great to go hit the gym and you look forward to it. I workout 4-5 times a week full body 1-2 hours a day I know its long but Alpha test stack have me like that. Test it out you'll know what I mean hopefully, but everyone is different.

Got the shred stack because as a 51 year old it is hard to lose weight and try to get in shape. When I was young I was over 500lbs and had surgery to lose weight and went to 235lbs and o er time I ballooned back to 378. A few months ago I started a new diet and just added the Vintage Muscle stack and I am now 242.8lbs and losing steadily. I believe this has made huge differences in my diet, I just wish it didn't have such a gnarly taste but oh well....

I did not feel results right away, instead it took about two weeks to start to feel the affects. Overall I am pleased with this product. It has helped me with libido, stamina in the gym as well as some endurance. Taking this product first thing in the morning really wakes you up. If this was solely based on performance I'd give it a 5. If this was solely based on taste I'd give it a - 5. You do get use to it after a month or so and taking it with a citrus drink really helps. Overall great product. Note: it is recommended that you do a post cycle after 8 weeks.
