It seems to do what it say it will do… I started out weighing 119lb and in three weeks a little more I weigh 133lb Five day gym schedule since same time about three weeks ago maybe a month! My eating habits are still same I’ve not eaten anymore or less I do take Naked Whey protein two big shakes a day also along with alpha forge and mess FX and primo 33 along with rad140 SARMS and S23 SARMS I’m a very hard gainer and it is hard for me to put on weight so it’s a struggle to balance
